Bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis only with a changeover on Saturday. 

In some circumstances this may be flexible prior to agreement

If guests arrive before 12pm, our Property Manager will be available to 'meet and greet' and show you the house. Guests are invited to leave luggage if the house is not available prior to published arrival time.

Rates include weekly maid service to include change of linens and towels, a welcome pack of wine, bread, fruit, fresh milk and coffee.
