SEA PLATFORM

The Boat House has an exclusive sea platform accessed by the steps at the end of the swimming pool, following the path down to the coast.

AMENITIES

Sun beds, a raised seating area and a shower are provided.

An ice box is located in the lower kitchen, together with a dry bag for valuables, if required.
Paddle Boards and Snorkels are provided.

WATER SPORTS

Contact Aristos Water Sports to be collected from the Boat House sea platform and enjoy their water sports facilities.

The Boat House is the only privately rented villa in Kalkan to offer a complimentary water taxi service to its guests.

Service to run 9am to 8pm.
The taxi is moored in Kalkan harbour, so at least 30 mins notice notice of departure should be given.
The service can be used to visit Kalkan's beach clubs and for Kalkan Marina drop off & collection. Usage outside of these parameters can be separately negotiated with Fatih, the captain.
We politely request that all guests travel at the same time.
Maximum number of guests is 10.
The service is dependant on weather/operational safety and runs completely at the captain's discretion.
The service is completely at the user's own risk and neither the captain nor the villa owners will accept any liability in the operation of this service.

The water taxi can be accessed via the sea path next to the Boat House and you board the boat from the jetty.
